At Little Thoughts Counselling we value your experiences as unique to you. We understand that you have skills in your life and we aim to use these unique skills to help you come to an outcome that is uniquely your own. When you come to Little Thoughts Counselling you will be in a safe space with someone who genuinely cares about you and wants to help you see a brighter future. We value what you have to say and we will work with you in a way that is free of judgement and free of pressure to reach an outcome. We understand that things can take time, so we do not apply any undue pressure on people to come to any sort of outcome that they do not feel comfortable with. You are in control of your outcome.

Little Thoughts represents pathways, movement and overcoming obstacles. At Little Thoughts Counselling we privilege a person’s own knowledge, skills and experiences which makes them the expert in their own life. We acknowledge that a persons own life experience plays a significant role in how they view and experience the world, and as a result of this, the solutions they reach are done so through exploring a person’s story. Acknowledging a persons own experience and ability to problem solve allows for us to open up meaningful spaces in which people can uncover their own purpose and develop unique ways forward. Little Thoughts Counselling aims to provide a safe, meaningful space for people to create a new purpose and discover their innate ability to problem solve and rediscover hope.
